zens of Augusta and vicinity, that they have one
of said Machines in successful operation in Mcln
tosli street, corner of Reynolds.
The werk is done entirely by the operation of
Steam, no fire coming near the Feathers, and no
possibility ol scorching or otherwise injuring them.
,l!y this operation all Morns are destroyed and re
moved, without less or waste of Feathers ; on the
contrary, the bulk is very much increased, many
limes one half,—nothing being removed hut small
particles of du-a, &c. They are also cleansed and
purified from all disagreeable smell that often at
tends Feathers, and arc entirely cleansed and dried,
and have the appearance and essential qualities of
New Feathers.
They would invile all house-keepers, and those
who prefer sleeping on pure and soil beds—who
study health and economy, lotry, and prove the
Bleam Feather Renovator.
All persons are invited to call and see tho Ma
chine and its operation, and bo convinced of its
utility.
N. B.—Tlie inhabitants of the town can, by
notifying tho subscribers, have their beds taken
from their dwellings and returned the same day,
Wall dressed and reedy lor immediate use, for $2 75,
ftfovided they do not contain more than 35 pounds,
and 8 cents per pound for all over th it amount, or
if they choose to send them in, the price will ho
S 3 50.
People from the country can, by bringing their
beds in early in the morning, usually have them
the same day.
Any person that will try tho experiment, may
send them a bed or beds, of any quality of Feathers,
from the best and newest, to the oldest and poorest
they have, provided they are cither Geese or Duck
Feathers, and may bo assured, no c harge will bo
made, in any case, unless ported satisfaction ho
