PI KM MANUS FOR SALE.
FTMIE subscriber being determined to move to
JL Alabama, again wflors his lands (or sale, lying
in Pike county,Georgia, ten miles west of the Court
House, in the settlement of Col. Jonathan Balter,
two miles above William Bell's mills, on Beach
creek. The most of the land in the woods is good
oak and hickory land, except a corner on one of
the lots, of excellent pine timber, within a short dis
tance of a first rate saw mill. The tract comprises
four hundred and five acres, according to the origi
nal survey. There is something neurone hundred
and thirty-five acres cleared, all fresh, except twenty
five acres, which has teen improved by sowing
down. There is on the premises a first rate new
water gin, oneol Mr. Kid’s Cast Steel litas, a com
fortable dwelling house, good stables, good negro
houses, and all other necessary outbuildings, and
the best of all, one amongst the best of springs and
spring houses over seen m Georgia. And now, to
avoid misrepresentations relative to health, I would
say, from several years living on the place, I have
never enjoyed better health, together with the rest
of my family, before; the healthiest plaeo in the
.Settlement, h beautiful creek running immediately
through the laud, nearly on the line between Iho
lots. The branch that carries the gin, running di
rectly through the horse lot. lam sure if any per
son wishes to buy land in this part of Georgia, well
improved, they cannot do better, as 1 will give a
groat bargain, and if desired, a long credit. Call
soon, by the first or middle of October, as 1 shall
provide to sell at public outcry on the first Tues
day in November next. Corn, (odder, oats, and all
kinds of stock can also bn bad on reasonable terms,
>. jfh the place, to suit purchasers.
