Dr. Marchisi—
r Dear Sir—ln the month of December, 1324, being
at St. Anvili, province of Uppor Canada, I caught a
cold which soon settled into a fever; at the same
2 time I had a moat distressing cough, and a very se
vere pain in my iefi vie. I applied to several emi
nent Physicians in Lewistown, Niagara co. who
J treated mo for tho Livor Complaint—bat without
’ success. 1 grew worse every day, and I thought 1
should soon be called to appear before the great *T
• AM.”
In ihe month of March, 1823,1 applied to skilful
Physicians in Oneida county, who treated me also
for the Liver Complaint, without any essential ben
t efit. 1 wem afterwards lo Now York, in hopes that
change ol climate and diet and new scenes might
possibly restore me to health; and indeed a stay of a
lew months there ena bled me to renew my trade. I
6 waa not cured, however, lor from the time I was
>’ tick, until very lately, 1 waa often distressed by a
pain in ray left side, want of appetite, indigestion,
and a general depression of spirits. Last October 1
was induced la take “Dr. Roberts's Welch Medica
ment urn,” prepared by yourselt, and I feel grateful
that 1 am able to stale that after having used one pint
a and a half, Me pain in my side has entirely subsided.
1 have regained my appetite, and my general health
J has been so far restored that 1 have not leltso well
as I do now within the last eight years.
I conceived it a duty I owe to the public at large,
a to make my case generally known, 1 hope that
thousands through the United Slates, who are now
i as much afflicted as I have been, will he induced to
make atrial of your medicine, convinced that they
will find it most beneficial.
, Yours respectfully, HENRY DAVIS.
Utica, May 14th, 1831.
Mr. J. M. Marchisi—
" Sir—Th is may certify that I have been severely
afflicted for five years with the Inflammatory Klicu
' malism. I applied to some of the most eminent
Physicians in New York, but received little or no
. relief. Fortunately, I began using Dr. Roberts's
1 Genuine Welch Mcdicamentum, prepared by you,
from which 1 experienced very great and surprising
’ benefit; and I sincerely recommend to every family
tills important medicine. Your humble servant,
A. D. TALLANT.

Dr. Marchisi —
Dear Sir—Previous to taking your Medicaman
turn, I was very much afflicted with Dyspepsia, loss
of appetite, my eyes were very much inflamed and
had been for more than a yoar. I hud tried various
remedies without much or any relief until I com
menced using your Mcdicamentum, from which 1
, received almost immediate relief. Yours, &c.
