OUTRAGE UPON THE QUEEN. The most exciting incident of wiiieli we find any mention, is tho following “ Gross outiago upon her Mujo.ly, by a new elaiment to the throne.” On Saturday afternoon the Tb of Nov. about three o’clock, as her Majesty was passing in her open carriage through tiro Uirdeagc-waik, St. James’s, on her way to Buckingham Faiace, whither she was proceeding from Brighton, a per son in the garb of a gentleman suddenly sprang to the side of her carriage, and, bolding up his list in a threatening manner, made use of ob scenoj language, and with an oath designated her Majesty by the most opprobrious epithet that can bo applied to a female, adding, ‘‘und I’ll have you olfyour throne, and your mother too.” He immediately ran elf and ellected his escape. Her Majesty did not appear to feel any alarm, and the carriage proceeded rapidly to Buckingham Pal ace. Information , f the outrage was immediate. rwarded to the commissioners of police, who instructed two police constables, who had been an duty in tho Birdcage-walk, to trace the of fender. It apf ears that they had some clue to him, for they toon discovered his name and address.
