for the summer? Have you
an abundance of health stowed
away for the long, hot, deplet

see a lew jumping jacks and a man
act a fool. A great many have paid
a dollar a bottle for oil that could be
bought for aOois n gallon that they
iiad no earthly use for. A chance at
u pr ze was given as an inducement
to pin chase a bottle of oil and by tins
deceptive method an average of fif
teen bottles were Bold each night to
the audience, making a profit of
about $14,bO for the show man. The
Value of a prize consisted in the cost
of molding a white metal into the
tdiapo of a fruit dish and the stamp
ing of quadruple plate, but this was
enough to Sane in the average “suck

Wizard Pills galore. Wo estimate
that they took in nut loss than 130 a
night, making in all ter twelve
nights $360. Their expenses while
hero could not liaye boon more than
tTIO, allowing a good price for their
j;ids.
A great deal of benefit could have
been derived by .the community if
this money bad been used for some
public purpose. lUo school house
needed it; the churches needed it;
the poor needed it; and it would
have remained where it was most
