■■ convened here Monday, with Judge
Parker presiding.
The court was quickly organlz-
ed and Judge Parser proceeded
to charge the Grand jury in his us¬
ual forceful and eloquent manner.
Tho balance of the forenoon was
taken up with the call of the dock¬
