In loving remembrance of our 'dear Brother Robert Reppard In¬ man, died June 10th 1911, mem¬ ber of Stockton Camp No. 303 W. W.; age 28 years, 6 month, 13 'days. This is a bright glad beautiful world fragrant with the odor of 'Flowers, tuneful with the songs of birds, resplendent with the glories of wirth > 9ea ’ and sk T- aT,d .? et its attractions are unnoticed by us-, for grim merciless death has ap¬ peared in our Camp and snatched from us our dear Brother so dearly ‘loved. The sky is hung with black Clouded curtains, our vision is overcast with the gloom of sorrow [and every land that strikes our eves'has in it a cadence of despair. ■Without the presence of that one Who'has gone before, our Camp iadeed seems empty and cheerless 'to ns and in our hearts there is a dreary dismal aching void. The only consolation is the sweet real¬ ization of the past, and that our beloved Brother is at peace. The one upon whom all our affections were placed Is now in that land Where the wicked cease from tron- ble and the werry are at rest. Bend ’Ing'Over the open coffin looking at-the’folded hands which will never clasp ours again in this world, gazing upon the closed eyesiu which We will never more see our image reflected on this earth, >we are made to tremble with emotion. Our scalding tear fall at? we realize that our earthly brotherhood «ith this oue fs for- ever at an end, and as stated be¬ fore our mnly consolation is that ou-r dear Brother has heard from Uhe -Father's lips; “Well done tbou good rand faithful servant enter thou into the joy of thy Lord.’'' "Otur-consolation is found in Sound in a consideration of the feet that our treasure is in heaven The poor worn form will never more Be recked with the agonies * P^^Dng „ is at an end. But be ^^le while until we will cross the -dark river and OHr ^ Brothe on the other Klw>re and untiI then we will find such thoughts as ^ alwe Md in testifying to our faithful memery of of the depart ed. ’Tis hard to break ihe tender cord, When love has bound the heart, 'Tis hard so hard to speak the word We must forever part, Dearest loved one, we must iay thee.
