The undersigned by virtue, and ac
ting under authority of an order of
tiie court of Ordinary of said county
granted at the January term 1902, will
sell at public outcry, before the court
house door in said county, between
the hours of ten and four o’clock of
that day, on the first Tuesday in, it
being Uie 4th. day of March, 1902,
to Lae highest and best Didder, that,
tract or body of land containing thirty
five acres, more or less, lying in said
bounty, being of irregular shape, and
bounded northward, eastward and
westward by lands of Malaehi Green,
and southward by lands of the estate
of tho late G. W. Wright, and which
lands are accurately a i fully des
cribed, and a piot thereof given, in
the petition to said court for leave to
sell the same, and to which for des
cription reference is had. Said lands
sold as the property of the estate of
D. P. Jones, late of said county, de
ceased, to pay debts and make distri
bution amongst the heirs. The terms
of sale cash. This February 7th. 1902.
