themselves to be citizens of tlio

Georgia, and residents of the city of
Brunswick, in said State and county,
respectfully shows:
1. That petitioners desire to form
a corporation under tiie provisions

code of Tfififi of the Staie of Georgia,
to exist for the full end and term of
twenty (20) years, with privilege of
renewal acording to law, and the same
to he known as tin- "Salamia Lumber
Company.”
2. That under such corporate name
they desire to carry on the business of
of buying, selling, handling and for
warding lumber of all classes; to buy
and .sell and advance money on tim
ber lands, to purchase, lease, own and
operate sawmills, dry kilns and other
plants for the manufacture or treat
ment of all classes of lumber.
3. To buy and sell naval stoves
and all other commercial products;
to handle the same on commission
as brokers; to advance money and
