TO INSPECT SEWERAGE SYSTEM.

Health.
.Bids will be received until noon
Wednesday, Feb. 26. 1902, for the in
spection of the sewerage system of
tae oily of Brunswick, upon the fol
lowing conditions: the inspections are
to be made under the supervision or
the Board of Health, and are to com
prise the passing through all of the
main sowers and laterals, of such ap
pliances as will determine that said
sowers and laterals are clear of all
sand, dirt, trash, or anything likely to
impede the proper flow of sewage in
such sewers. A report shall be. made
to the Board of health by the party
inspecting, on the condition which
each sewer or lateral shall have
shown; and in case of obstructions the
reason oi such sliali be determined as
near as possible, to enable a proper
estimate tor its clearance, and a re
port be made as above. Should any
contrivance or appliance used for such
inspection become lodged in the sew
er, the amount stated in lna shall in
clude its rt nioal and the replacing of
iue sewer in its original condition.
Said inspection must include an in
spection and report of tne cond.tion
of the flush tanas. The plan of the
sewertieg system, on file in the City
Engineer's office. shall be the basis
of the inspection. A bond of five hun
dred dollars, ($.100), will lie required,
indemnifying the city against any
taihago to the sewerage system. No
more than thirty days shall he con
sumed tor the inspection and report,

Schuyler, and Fred Pfeiffer, who aver
I themselves to be citizens ot the

Georgia, and residents of the city of
Brunswick, in said State and county,
respectfully shows:
1. 'That petitioners desire to form
a corporation under the provisions
of section 2350 it seq. of tiie civil
code of i895 of the State of Georgia,
to exist for the full end and term of
twenty (20) years, with privilege oi

lo be known as the “Salamia Lumber
Company.’*
2. That under such corporate name

warding lumber of all classes; to buy
and sell and advance money on tim
