The unveiling of the monument to Confederate Veterans, erected in Han over park, ou Memorial day will be a feature that will pronamy result in the parficipation of all the military in the city. All of the military had not contemplated parading on Memo rial day, hut the feature of unveiling the monument has induced muck talk among members of the commands, and there can be no doubt, if those who have charge of the arrangements do-, siure. that all the military will par ticipate in the ceremonies.
