The following -a taken from the New Brunswick maily Times of last Thursday: , The funeral ot Richard Albrecht, , late proprietor of the Windsor hotel, j and h!s son Joseph, who lost their j lives in a drowning accident in | Georgia ten days ago, was held this 1 afternoon at 2 o’clock from their late residence on Hiram street, j The funeral services were conduet -led by Father Keuper of the German Catholic church. The bodies arrived In this city this morning from Brunswick, Ga. They reached here on the 7: 4t> o’clock train ifrorn New York having gone through this city during the night on a fast Southern express. The bodies were | consigned to Undertaker Harding and immediately upon their arrival were j taken by him to his morgue on Som jeiset street, where they were prepared | for burial. The undertaker fonnd the remains 'll a badly decomposed state because .of the length of nine which they were j lll *be water. With the bodies was a , letter from Undertaker Moore, ot | Brunswick, Ga., which stated that . was thought the drowning accident occurred on March 14 or 15. John Bolt, who has been connected with the Soutnern Express company for some time, has been promoted to a messenger, and now has a run on the Southern, between Chattanooga and Brunswick. His place in the ex press office will be filled by Solomon Fitzgerald. Watchman Burned. T. Thornton, the night watenman at the Brunswick Sash and Door fac tory’, was scalded Monday night by the explosion of a valve at the fac tory. The man was not seriously hurt, and was able to resume his work last night. oicyie Thieves. Bicycle thieves seem to be getting in their work around Brunswick again and several wneels have been stolen 'within me past few weeks. Mr. Edwin Brobstun lost h.g ..cycle Mon day-. and Mr. J. it.
