Petition for Incorporation of “South
ern Produce Cos.”
To the Superior Court of Said County:
The petition of H. H. Harvey, G. R.
Harvey and Jane E. Harvey, all of said
state and county, respectfully shows:
Ist. That they desire for them
selves, their associates, successors and
assigns to be incorpirated under the
name and style of “Southerg Produce
Company.”
2nd. The term for which petition
ers ask to be incorporated is twenty
(20; years, with the privilege of re
newal at the end of that time.
3rd. The capital stock of the eor
piratlon is to be two thousand dollars
($2,000.00), divided into shares of ten
dollars ($10.00) each. Petition'd
however, ask the privilege of increas
ing said capital stock upon a vote if
two-thirds of the capital stock then
issued, not to exceed in the aggregate
twenty-live thousand dollars ($25,-
000.00.)
4th. Your petitioners pray that they
