The plan is to have a general outing on the island, to which the naval reserves and several out of town companies will be invited to par ticipate. In the forenoon, it is suggested to have a target shoot, ali companies participating. In the afternoon will be a sham battle and skirmish drill, and other features to entertain the visitors who will accompany the sol diers. The day to end up with a dance in the pavilion at night. it is more than probable that the company will decide on the matter at the meeting next week and will at once begin preliminary arrangements.
