That they desire to be incor porated under the name and style of the “Brunswick l’aint Oil & Varnish Company” for a term ol twenty years, with the principal place of bus iness at Brunswick Georgia and the paiv'iliege of optablishing lag’enoeies elsewhere and employing agents In this state, the United States and for eign countries. Second. The object of said com pany is to engage in manufacturing and sidling goods for profit, and the principal husincs which they desire to engage in is the manufacture of paint oil, varnisliirs.
