J. L. Jacobi, and such others a*may b

laws of tlie Stale of Georgia, under and
by the name of the Cumberland Club;

capital stock, except that derived from

making such by-laws, rules and regulat
ions and constitutions and of enforcing
the same as it may desire, not toconfliol
with the laws of said State or the
United States, to lie binding and of
force upon its members and to alter,

take by deed, own and bold real and
personal property and mortgage and
convoy the same to secure the payment
