MANAGER O'FARRELL GIVES OUT
A STATEMENT AS TO CER

To<4 Brunswick Electrical Supply

from the Kaiser building on Glouces

on Grant street, which property they
yesterday purchased through the real
estate agency of R. R, Hopkins an.l
thereby hangs a tale.
For some reason Mr. Kaiser, of the
firm of A. Kaiscfr & Bro., if whom
the Supply Company were tenant*
gave them notice yesterday that they
persona non gratas, to speak, and
ordered them pcremptorally to vacate
the premises.
Mr O’Farrell, of the Supply Com

and gave out the following statement:
“$ came to Brunswick to invest my
money and do business on bn si ness
principles.

Yesterday Mr. Kaiser came to me and
gave me positive orders to vacate, say

and he finally said he would resort to
an injunction unless 1 compiled. Not
wishing to bo forced into litigattion
and after consulting my attorney, I
decided to do as ordered. since I was
at a disadvantage, and finally after
trying to rent, several places, I Baw

have a complete connection and be in

Mr. Kaiser, refusing to reimburse
me for that amount spoilt in getting
into and out of his building. I pro

will co-operate with me in the prem

A News representative endeavored
to reach Mr. Kaiser last night but
failed, hence his side of the matter Is
not known.
In this connection it is to be hoped
the Supply Company will be encour

Mr. Kaiser's action was taken is not
known, but it is said that other ten
