June 20.—The At lantic Coast i.im 's circular from the operating department contained no comfort for traffic officials and em ployes of the Plant System. They are still in the dark as to where they will be after July Ist. James Men zios, who is to be general freight agent at Savannah, is an exception. It is positively stated that Passenger Traffic Manager W. B. Wreuti will not continue in the service. General Superintendent Denham, of the Plant system, who is to retain jurisdiction over what is now the Plant System, after the consolidation, said today that the general public could not tell on July 1 that consoii i datlon had taken place, save* by the | change In name from Plant System to Atlantic Coast Line. The care and coaches of the Plant System will not be repainted, with the name of the Atlantic Coast Line showing. Some time ago the Plant System began the substitution of a drab for the old. übiquitious yellow of the company.
