The 102d session of the University of the stale will open on September 18th. This institution is organized in three departments. Academic, l aw and Agricultural. There is no tuition to residents of the state except in the law school. In agriculture the courses have been increased and enlarged so as to embrace a short winter course, a one-years course and a full course.
