He is already there ami his family will follow in a few days. * * • One of the pretty new capes des cribed in an exchange is of cream silk lace over primrose liberty gauze. It is lined with primrose satin and has a broad eollar edged with embroid ered primrose chiffon. Long tabs of the lace over primrose extend half way down the skin and are edged with the embroidered chiffon, as is the bottom of the cape also.
