Two petrels on equal wing take fligat And you breathe a word through tne fragrant night. Lisp of the leaves and the sea-wind's tune And the stars and love are alight. The birds are nested so safe and warm. The beaches are drowned ill a flood of white. That silvers the crags of your spray tossed height In tne shadows you fold me in your arms And the stars ami love are alight. —Selected. • • • Miss Bessie Fox is in the city for a day oi i wo. • • • Mrs. ,1.
