From Wednesday's Atlanta Journal we take the following, which will be of interest here: Judge Spencer R. Atkinson, chair man of toe Georgia railroad commis sion, will not he an applicant for re appointment, and Hon. Warner Hill, of Meriwether county, will ho named to sneceod him. Judge Atkinson an nounced to his various friends at the eapitol and in the legislature today that he would not apply for the place and since lie made the announcement It is considered lhat Mr Hit! be named to succeed him.
