tract and left the boat, but they were
caught yesterday, and the bark will
sail today.
The tug. Vigilant has made another
contract for a long tow, and will short
ly leave Philadelphia with a barge
which she will tow to Now Orleans.

sale contained in a deed to secure
debt, made by Viola Loewenstein to
Blood worth and Jones on August 20,
1302. and recorded in volume 2 of
mortgages, folio -151), of the general
records of said county. I will sell at
public outcry before the court, bouse
door of said county within* the legal
hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in
January, 1003, all the following proper
ty, towit.: That certain saw mill sit
uated on the line of the right of way
of llie Southern Hallway near Sterling,
in said county, lately operated by said
viola Loewenstein, and previously
thereto operated by Blood worth and
Jones together with the engine and all
fixtures, machinery and appurtenances
to said mill belonging or in any wise
appertaining, seven head of mules and
four head of horses at said mill, four
timber earts, one two-horse wagon, one
tram-road truck, an the harness dogs,
chains, ropes, mocks and all the out
fit and appurtenances beloging to said
carts and wagpns, and fno snanty now
on the northeast side of the Southern
railway track near said mill, and all
the privilege of cutting pine timber
measuiing not less than sixteen inches
(Ifi) in diameter Giree (3) feet from
the ground standing? on that, certain
portion of that tract, of land in said
county commonly called the “Bacon
Tract," Mr a fuller description where
of reference is hereby had to said deed
to secure debt, said timber privilege
expiring on August 20, 1905. Said
property will be sold to pay an indebt
edness of $1,750.00 principal besides
interest, expenses and other legal
charges owing* by Viola Loewenstein
to the undersigned, as set out in said
deed.
