some Market.
Chris Arnheiter, the old reliable

and Monk streets, and he will be
ready to open his meat market Satur

As stated above, he will be open for

The News wishes Mr. Arnheiter
much success in his business, and
cheerfully commends him to the peo

, FOOD IN NEED.
Is a Friend Indeed.
Many times a school teacher in tho
middle of a heavy session requires ex
actly the right kind of tood to re-
Liijld the wasted nerve and brain
tissues as well as to keep up the mus
cular energy. This is the business of
Grape-Nuts in which the starchy part
of the pare cereals is turned is grape
sugar and where tho phosphates pre
dominate, making it rich with food
value and ready for the weakest stom-
ach to assimilate immediately. A lady
tqacher of Minneapolis says:
“About four years ago I realized
that I was breaking down nervously
in the middle of a school year. To
a school teacher this means not only
loss of health but inability to go on
with her work. Nothing appeared to
help me and I was just about discour
aged when a friend recommended
that 1 look into Grape-Nuts. On read- j
ing what this fod does toward rebuild- •
ig brain and nerve centers I made up
my mind to give it a fair trial.
“1 ate Grape-Nuts food dry with
cream for breakfast and enjoyed it
greatly ; and improvement began im
mediately and was so steady that I j
did not realize how fully I had been
benefitted until an extra strain came
on mo in my school work through
which f was able to go, continuing to
improve all the time. Looking back
on the trial now, 1 realize how this
wonderful food saved me from a cer
tain break-down.
"I have kept, up the daily us=> of
Grape-Nuts ever since and have never
had a return of the trouble. I al
ways take a package with me when
traveling and look upon the food as
esssential to my health as fresh air
or exercise." Name given by Postum
