Georgia, and of Samuel A. Sizer, of Duval county, Florida, respectfully shows: 1. IT hat petitioners) their asso ciates and successors, desire to become a body corporate and politic under the laws of the state of Georgia, under the name and style of lho “Pino Lumber Company.” 2. That under such corporate name they desire (o carry on for pecuniary profit, for the period of twenty years: with privilege of renewal thereafter according to law, the business: (a) Of buying, leasing, acquiring, selling and otherwise, utilizing and disposing of lands, timber rights aud privileges therein, and to manufacture, buy and sell logs and lumber of ev ery character. (b) To erect and operate saw mills, planing mills and dry kilns for the manufacture and sale of the product thereof. (c) To construct tram roads and operate the same for profit, for the use aud as well the profit of petition ers. (and) To engage In the merchandise business in connection with the busi ness of said corporation. (e) To buy and seil r'Tl and per sonal property of every Character. 3.
