IT hat petitioners) their asso ciates and successors, desire to become a body corporate and politic under the laws of the state of Georgia, under the name and style of lho “Pino Lumber Company.” 2. That under such corporate name they desire (o carry on for pecuniary profit, for the period of twenty years: with privilege of renewal thereafter according to law, the business: (a) Of buying, leasing, acquiring, selling and otherwise, utilizing and disposing of lands, timber rights aud privileges therein, and to manufacture, buy and sell logs and lumber of ev ery character.
