Georgia, and of Samuel A. Sizer, of Duval county, Florida, respectfully shows: 1. (That petitioners), their asso ciates and successors, desire to become a body corporate and politic under the laws of the stale of Georgia, under the name and style of the “Pino Lumber Company.” 2. That under such corporate name they desire to carry on for pecuniary profit, for the period of twenty years, with privilege of Renewal thereafter according to law, the business: (a) Of buying, leasing, acquiring, selling and otherwise, utilizing and disposing of lands, timber rights and privileges therein, and to manufacture, buy and sell logs and lumber of ev ery character.
