Duval county, Florida, respectfully
shows:

iates and successors, desire to become
a body corporate anil politic under
the laws of the state of Georgia
under the name and style of the “Pino
Dumber Company.”
2. That under sti<li corporate name
they desire to carry on for pecuniary
profit, for the period of twenty years,
with privilege of renewal thereafter
according to law, tho business:
(a) Of. buying, leasing, acquiring,
selling and otherwise, utilizing and
disposing of lands, timber rights and
privileges therein, and to manufacture,
buy and sell logs and lumber of ev
ery character.
(b) To erect and operate saw mills,
planing mills and dry kilns for live
manufacture and sale of the product
thereof.
(e) To construct tram roads ami
operate the same for profit, for the
use aud as well the profit cf petition

(and) To engage in the merchandise
business in connection with the busi
ness of said corporation.

and associates, under such corporate
name, to have the right, to make by
laws for the government of said cor
poration, to sue and be sued, to plead
and be Impleaded, and generally to
have all the frights and be subject
to all of the liabilities given by law
