Their friends re gret to know that the latter is suf fering very much with his eyes, neces sitating medical treatment and probab ly a partial rest from liis studies. •* • • The charity ball occurred last night at the parlors of the Oglethorpe and it was a brilliant success. Socially attended in force and enjoyed a de lightful evening. The music was ex excellent, the refreshments delicious and altogether the allair reilected cred it upon Mrs. W. H.
