awful rate of one hundred dollars per

ditional ten years to arbitration.
We submit that this 1- not fair lo
the. lx payers of this city. It Is not
fair to the people as a whole and It is
rot. In accordance with that good bus
truss sense that would actuate the
members of Cornell if the matter relat
or. to their own Individual interests.
To our mind this is a very serious
mailer and In one that should attract
the attention of The property- owners
of Brunswick if they can aid the
City, we are willing to admit that wo
rood some new ideas on municipal
government.
