All of the fish houses in the city are complaining of a scarcity of fish just, now, and there really Is not the supply in the city to meet the de mand. The Fernandina tug Hildegard has been in port several days undergoing a number of repairs on the marine railway of the Parker-Hansell Engl nueering Company. She will probably return to Fernandina today. New Coal and Wood Yard. Attention is directed to the advev tisement of the Iverson Coal & Woof Company, elsewhere in this issue These gentlemen will open business at the corner of I street and Cochran avenue on Monday, October 8, ana solicit n share of the patronage. The Finishing Touches. Contractor Cmmzelnian is now pul ling the finishing touches to me new Padrosa building on Newcastle street, which by the way is one of the hand somest in the city.
