Mr. and Mrs. Edward Burdett an
nounce the engagement of their
daughter, Eleanor McDonough, to Mr.
John Couper Stiles the marriage to
take place Tuesday evening, Novem
ber 6. at home. This announcement
will be of interest to the many
friends of this popular couple here
and in many other cities where they
are well known and prominently con
nected. Miss Burdett has lived in
Brunswick several years and Is loved
by all who know her for her lovely
disposition and sweet, womanly char
acter. Mr. Stiles is popular with
