Pratt, who has recently taken over the franchise • for the con struction of toe system of trolley lines in this city. “Dr. N. A. Pratt, of Decatur, father of Dr. N. P. and George L. TTatt, of the Pratt Laboratory, died last night at 6.30 o’clock at toe home of his daughter, Mrs. J. P.
