Pratt, who has recently taken over the franchise • for the con struction of toe system of trolley lines in this city. “Dr. N. A. Pratt, of Decatur, father of Dr. N. P. and George L. TTatt, of the Pratt Laboratory, died last night at 6.30 o’clock at toe home of his daughter, Mrs. J. P. Kennedy, in De catur. as toe result of being struck by a freight trnin 02 ths rail rood, near the. depot in Decatur yes terday afternoon. “Dr. Pratt and his wife had r turn ed on Monday from a visit to Lltliia | Springs and he was on his way to the depot to see about the trunks at the time of toe accident.
