Parker and C. D. Parker, all of Glyinr
county. Georgia, respectfully shows:
1. Petitioners for themselves
and their associates to be incorpora
ted anJ made a tody politic under the
laws of the state of Georgia, for a
term of twenty years, with the privi
lege of renewal at the expiration of
that time, under the corporate name

pany.
2. The principal office of the cor
poration shall he in the city of Bruns
wick, Glynn county, Georgia, with the
right to establish such branch offices
and places of business ele where in
Georgia and in the United States as
may be desired.
3. The object of the corporation :'s

laws.
6. The hoard of directors shall el

secretary and treasurer, but any one
of the first three named officers may
also hold the office of treasurer. The
by-laws shall fix the powers, duties
and compensation of such officers or
this power may he delegated to the
board of directors.
7. The stockholders shall have
the right to adopt Tv-laws for the gov
ernment and n" illation of the corpora
tion, not in conflict with law or with
the terms of i'.s charter, and to alter
in the by-laws adopted.

Notice is hereby given that tho un
dersigned, as guardian of the person
and property of Ivey Pafford, a minor,
hag applied to the ordinary of said
county for leave to Bell for the pur
pose of division and distribution cer
tain one half interest, of said minor,
(undivided interest) in and to that
certain tract or parcel of iand in Her*
rien county, said state, in the town
or village of Cecil therein, being
known as the home place of the late
Dr. Marion Pafford, said tract of land
being described as the northern one
half of block number twenty six (2R
wbich same is bounded on the north
by Rountree street, on the east by
Union street, on the south by Main
street and on the went by Pine street.
Said application will he heard before
the regular term of th® court of or
dinary for said Glynn county, to be
held on the Brat Monday in March,
