Mr. Isaac lived in this city for
many years. He corrduoted a leading
tailoring establishment here until a
few years wnen he removed to
Way- ross, going from that city to
Savannah. He was the father of
i> i and Leo Isaac, and an uncle of
Judge Max Isaac, of this city.
He was a member of the Rathbone
lodge, Knights of Pythias, of this
city, and members of that organi
zation attended the funeral yesterday
ir a body, the following members of
the lodge acting as Y>all bearers:

BOUNDRY DISPUTE IS SETTLED

Washington, April B.—After nego
tiations which have been on for a
long (time, tfic* 'United States and
Canada have reached an agreement.
The fll text of this arrangement
has not been made public but it is
understood that the arrangement, is
satisfactory to both countries.

and was known and esteemed by a
large circle of friends, who will be
grieved to learn of her sudden death.
She was a good Christian woman
and was esteemed highly by all who
knew her.
'lra. Girven leaves six children,
Misses Maud and Arrnee Girvin, and
Messrs. Henry, John. Walter and Al
ton Girvin.
The funeral will occur this after
noon at 3 o’clock from tho Presby
terian church. Owing to the illness
of the pastor, Rev. F. D. Thomas,
the, serve <>s will be conducted by
Rev. C. P. Thornton. The Inter
ment will be in Palmetto cemetery.
The family have the sympathy of
a largo circle of friends in their be
reavement.
Quite a Weather Change.
Quite another change in the wealh
er occurred last night shortly after
10 o'clock and the thermomefter
dropped quite a number of points,
in fact it was real ccdd early this
