Attraction.
The King Dramatic Company will
hold the boards at the Grand opera
house for one solid week commen
cing next Monday, April 15. This
company Is headed by Mr. Charles
King, an actor of the old veteran
type whom the press unite in pro
fioun ing an artist of rare talent.
The repertoire presented ’by the
company consts s of dramatic suc
cesses lndersperced wltn substantial
comedies. New and uptodate spec
ialties will be Introduced at each
performance. There will be a
change of play each night and mat

harvest will bring relief. The com
missioner especially appeals for can

who have no milk and are forced to

Valdosta. April 11.—“ The woman

in United States Commissioner
Rowell’s court yesterday in the case
against Dave Sutton, an aged citi
zen from near Fargo, who was ar
raigned for illicit distilling. He was
arrested by Officers Myddleton and
Norton and brought here for trial.
To the commissioner he said ha
had nothing to do with the illicit
whiskey except to drink a little of
it. He said "my wife run the still
und made all the whiskey that was
made, I took a little dram once In
awhile just as she did.”
Sutton Is an old Confederate veter

gallons. lie said he never sold any
whiskey and neither did his wife,
