The petition of the Holt-Herrnana
Peterson Company, a corporation o
said cou|nty, respectfully shows to
the court the following facts. to
wit:
FIRST.
That on the 4tn. day of December
1906, by virtue of the authority ves
and in the superior court of said coun
ty, your petitioners were duly incor
Point! and under the name and style
of Holt-Herman-Peterson Company
with certain rights and liabilities
pres ribed In said charter which will
appear In hook of record of
charters of corporations of said
said county.
SECOND.
That the character of buslnes
cardled on by said corporation is tne
operating of saw mills, . planing
mills, shingle mills, inanufa* tuiing
preparing, storing and dealing li
lumber.
THIRD.
That your petitioners desire t
amend their charter changlnglng It
corporate name from Holt-Herraann
Peterson Company to the name of
Glynn Lumber Company.
That your petition* r further show
that this application for ainendmen
aforesaid has been duly authoilze
by the unanimous vote of all the
stockholders of said corporation.
Wherefore petitioner prays that the
present corporate name of the Holt
Hermann-Peteison Company he
changed to the style and name of
Glynn Lumber Company carrying
with all the present rights of the
said corporation.
