The petition of J. V. Chittenden,
R S. Pyles and Louis Mayer, all
of Glynn county, Georgia, respek-tr
fully shows:-
First
That petitioners, their associates
and successors desire to become and
be made a body corporate and po
litic under the laws of the stale of
Georgia, under the.name and style
of Clean Products Company for a
term of 20 years with privilege of
renewal in accordance with law, the
principal offlec of said corporation to
be at Brunswick, In Glynn County
Georgia, but. with the right to eslab
ltsti and have branch offices end pla
es of business, as business conve
niences may dictate, elsewhere in the
state of Georgia, in the United State
and In foreign countries.
SECOND.
Tlie capital tsock of said corpor

corporation to increase said capital
stock at any tine and from time to

and operate its own stock and fran
chises. as well as the stock and fran
chises of other corporations.

formulas, devices, patents, patent
rights, and all other such things
deemed desirable.

cure the same by issuance of founds,
oi by mortgage, deed or trust or

any or all of its property.

any and all property in payment for
the shares of its capital stock
