SOCIAL SESSION HELD— The
Eagles held a very interesting meeting
in their hall last night, attended gen
erally by the members of the order.
After the business meeting was over
a social session was on the program,
which proved to be an enjoyable fea
ture.

of Col. J. E. Uu Bignon, who met with"
a painful accident at the gun club
grounds on Tuesday, will be pleased
with the information that he is rest
ing easy at the city hospital. Attend
ing physicians think he will be able

'establishment of a Shriners' lodge in
that city.

BUILDING FINISHED.— The new
and very handsome store-house of the
Phoenix Grocery company has been
completed on the E street boulevard
and it is one of the best business
houses in the city. The company is
going to try to occupy its new home
in the course of the next Week.
