1. That they desire for themselves
and their associates to be incorporat
ed under the name and style of
“Brunswick and Interurban Railway
Company.”
2. That the principal office of said
Company shall be in the City of
Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia.
3. That petitioners propose to con
struct a street railway in said City
of Brunswick, with the right to con
struct lines on any of the streets,
lanes squares and alleys of said City,
as shown by the map of said City of
file in the office of the Clerk of said
City, and as well on any or all of
the streets, squares, lanes and alleys
which may hereafter be laid out and
established in said City.
•4. That petitioners also desire the
right to extend and construct slid
railway in any part of said Glynn
County outside the corporate limits of
said City of Brunswick.
5. That said street railway shall
not be less than two miles In length,
with the right to extend the same
from time to time, in the discretion of
the petitioners, their successors oi
assigns.
6. The capital stock of said Com
pany shall consist of Five Hundred
snares of common stock, each of said
shares to be of the par value of One
Hundred Dollars, making the capital
of said Company Fifty Thousand Dol
Urs ($50,000.00). |
i 7. That petitioners desire that saw
•Corporation shall have the right to 1
increase its Capital stock, and to is
sue other classes of stock, from time
t.o time, as provided by law, in such
cases.

ments to the charter, of either form or
substance, by a vote of a majority of
the stock outstanding at the time.
