1. That they desire for themselves
and their associates to be incorporat
ed under the name arid style of
“Brunswick and Interurban Railway
Company.”
2. That the principal office of said
Company shall be in the City of
Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia.
3. That petitioners propose to con
struct a street railway in said City
of Brunswick, with the right to con
struct lines on any of the streets,
lanes, squares and alleys of said City,
as shown by the map of said City of
file in the office of the Clerk of’said
City, and as well on any or gll of
the streets, squares, lanes and alleys
which may hereafter be laid opt and
established in said City.
4. That petitioners also desire the
right to extend and construct said
railway in any part of said Glynn
County outside the corporate limits of
said City of Brunswick.
5. That : said street railway shall
not be less than two miles i length,
v.lth the fight to extend the same
from time to time, In the discretion of
the petitioners, their successors or
assigns.
6. The capital stock of said Com
pany shall consist of Five Hundred
snares of common stock, eaqh of sail}
shares to be of the par value of One
Hundred Dollars, • making the capital

Corporation shall have the right to
increase its Capital stock, and to Is
sue other classes of stock, from time

for a term of one hundred and one

5. The capital stock of said corpor
ation shall be twenty-five thousand
($25,000.00) dollars to be divided into
tAVO hundred and fifty (250) shares of
the par value of one hundred ($100.00)
dollars each, and which capital stock
they pray the privilege of increasing
at any time to an amount not exceed
ing two hundred thousand ($200,000)
dollars,and if said capital stock should
be so increased, to diminish the same
at any time to an amount not less than
the original capital stock. Petition
ers desire the right to have the sub
scriptions to saicL'capital stock paid
in money or property to be taken at a
fair valuation. Petitioners further de
sire authority to issue common a id
preferred stock in such proportions as
the stock-holders may determine,
6. That to secure the purpe a
object of said corporation, they desire
to be empowered to buy, sell* lease,
and obtain all kinds and descriptions
of property, either* real or personal;

operation of said business; to make

7. The term for which petitioners
ask to be incorporated is twenty (20)
years, with the privilege of renewing
at or before the expiration of that pe
ril*!.
8. That said corporation may have
all of the common powers conferred
upon corporations by the laws of this
State.
9. They desire the power ahd au
thority to apply for and accept amend
ments to the charter, of either form or
substance, by a vpte of a majority of
the stock outstanding at the time.
They algo ask authority for said cor
poration to wind up the affairs, liqui*
date and discontinue the business of
said corporation at any time it may
determine to do so by a vote of two
thirds of the outstanding stock at the
time.
WHEREFORE petitioners pray to
be made a body corporate, under the
name and style aforesaid, entitled to
the rights, privileges and immunities.
