H. M. MILLER FURNITURE COMPANY
• FURNITURE OF ALL GRADES
BRUNSWICK, GA., Oct. 21. 1921-
I / ,
TO OUR FRIENDS AND CUSTOMERS:
In the line with the methods of the modern furniture store
of to-day, we wish to announce that on and after the First day
of November, 1921, we will discontinue the practice of sending
our installment collector to you. * Payments on account must
be made in our office.
We do this for several reasons, it is more dignified for one
to make voluntary payments than to have our collector call sev
eral times. We assume that our customers are, to •some extent,
interested in the welfare of this concern and expect them to do
their part to make this plan work out successfully. By inaugu
dating the plan, we save the expanse of two or more collectors,
which saving will be, passed along to our customers.
This concern was establ shed by the late f!;*. " M Miller,
in 1881, just forty years ago, twenty years later Mr. Constant
Miller assumed leadership of the concern and under his able
. managedship. it has grown and developed to one of Bruns
• wick's largest retail housess and an institution which Bruns
wick citizens should feel proud of. A complete line of beautiful
furniture always on display and we extend you a cordial invita
tion to bring your friends and visitors in and show them a furn
iture store, comparing with any In the South in proportion to
its size.
“THE KEY IS ON THE OUT SIDE." Our system of credit
enables anyone (WE EXTEND CREDIT TO ALL) to purchase
11 furniture at a low cash price, thus saving the difference be
tween so-called installment and cash prices. We can save you
not less than twenty per cent, and arrange for you to make
monthly or weekly payments. Let us explain oUT system. We
invite your account and trust that we may be favored with a fair
share of your patronage for which we thank you.
Yours very truly,
