from a three weeks’ stay in New York
City, where he went on important le
gal matters.

wart sailed. The tanker William Irish
arrived for the Atlantic Refining Com
pany and the tanker Folger, by wire
less communication, reported that it
would arrive today. It goes to the
Atlantic Refinery.

RAILING ON BRIDGES
ARE PAINTED WHITE.
Under the direction of Supt. Rum

Highway Commission, the railings ot
the bridges between Brunswick and
Darien have an been painted white
and it certainly adds to the appear
ance of this popular road ot travel.
Mr. Bumsed says travel Is Increasing
rapidly and about three hundred cars
