I. F. A. CLUB MEETS
AT CLUcB ROOM.
’t he I F. A. Club met Friday even
ing wi'.h their usual weekly meeting
at their club room on Union street.
During the business session, the
president being absent from the city,
the vice as president
and “Jimmy” was made vice presi
dent. It will be remembered that this
is the club originated from charac
ter of the funny paper.
After business was transacted many
games and frolics were enjoyed with
Vietrola music. A feature of the even
ing was a song with guitar, given by
one of the members.
“Snookums” and “Hatjs” being host
and hostess for this occasion, after
delicious refreshments were served
by them the meeting was adjourned.
SCHOOL BOY AND GIRLS
ENJOY CLUB MEETING.
The “As You Like It” Club met
Friday gvening with Miss Annie’
Smith at her home on Wright’s Square
and they were delightfully entertain
ed at 590. There were three tables of
players.
Narcissus and roses were the pret
ty, but simple decorations, and at .the
conclusion of the games the guests
were served a dainty sw’eet course.
Miss Smith was assisted in serving
by Miss Cornelia Leavy. The hostess
for next Week will be announced later.
YOUNG MATRONS MET
FRDAY AFTERNOON.
The Young Matrons Club was de
lightfully entertained by Mrs. Charl
ton Fleming Friday afternoon at her
home on Egmont street. The rooms
were attractively as well as effective
ly decorated in narcissus and roses.
The first prize was won by Mrs. W.
A. Jeter, and the consolation was cut
by Mrs. C. M. Sherwood.
Following the games of bridge a
salad course was served. The guests
of the club were Mrs. Frank Stacy,
Mrs. N. E. Gilllcan, Mrs. Walter S.
Nathan, Mrs. A. S. Kloss, Mrs. \J\ A.
Jeter, and Miss Ann Maxey.

Miss Mary Dean Calnan, who has
been the guest of Mrs. Harry Forsthoff
in Jersey City, is now visiting in Plain
field, Mass. Before returning home
she will visit Mrs. Forsthoff again.
She will reach home about December
20th.
