-—JiES ROT TO PREPARE YOUNG
MEN’S LUNCH AFTER JULY 1.
Notice has been served by the la
dies of the Y. w. C. A. that attf-r July
1, they would be unable to serve the
weekly, lunches for the Young Men's
Club and other arrangements will be
made before that dale, it is stated.
In this connection it may be said that
perfect satisfaction has resulted iu
every way and members of the club
regiet that it should- become neces
sary to discontinue but, it seems, this
was tlie understanding when the con
tract was given. The change will ne
cessitate the finding of another place
of.meeting and this will be delightful
news to members as it is. a well known:
fact that the Riflemen’s armory is j
one of tlie hottest places in the city
at the noon hour or a little after and
this is probably the cause that the
weekly occasions have not been as
well attended as before the weather
became so warm.
