Simon’s Highway Bonds and exten
sion of C'ty Sewerage System. Pre
pared brief of evidence in case of
Hanhah Glogauer vs. City of Bruns
wick. Prepared amended grounds of
motion for new trial i n that case, and
attended hearing before Judge Iligh
smit hat Baxley, Ga., on September
16th for the nation of new trial.
Prepared and sent to Court of Ap
peals briefs in th e two casts pend
ing on appeal of Annie Nightengale
and Skipper against the City of Bruns
wick. Prepared paper's for validation
Proceeding in the two bond elections
and prepared petitions for validation
of both bond issues for signature of
the Solicitor General. Prepared and
filed proof of claim for thc City in
the cas e of Lott-Lewis Company,
bankrupt)- Attended all meetnigs,
regular and called, of the Commis
sion.
