DAIRYMAN FOUND WITH HIS
HEART SHOT OUT IN TAMPA
Tampa, Fla., Nov. 18. —The only
witness to the death of Francisco
Fonte, aged sixty, a dairyman who
was found dead iti his bedroom in
West Tampa with his heart' shot out,
was his s*>n.
The boy could give no coherent ac
count of the shooting. A shotgun lay
beside the body. The murder theory
will be presented at the coroner’s in
vestigation which is called for Mon
day.
JURY COMMISSIONERS
WILL MEET TOMORROW
The board of Glynn county jury
commissioners will meet at the couit
house tomorrow morning at LU o'clock
and it is likely that it will take at
least one woke to revise the boxes and
finish the work. Members of ih-> com
mission are: J. B. Abrams, B. A. Bur
ford, T. E. Glover, C. Don Parker, A.
M. Lorentzson, W. F._ Symons.
It is the opinion that a largo num
ber of names will be added to both
the grand and petit lists as k is
known that fewer names are carried
in the Glynn jury than any city or
county of a like population in the
state and another fact that will ma
terially increase the number is that
many newcomers have come since the
! last revision and a number o + ‘ those
\ have' purchased property and cast
j their lots here as future citizens.
