for furnishing all equipment, mater
ials, labor and other tilings neces

been divided into four contracts, as

To the Superior Court of Said County
The petition of Fleming Brokerage
Company respectfully shows:
Ist. That it, i s a corporation
created and existing. .under and by
virtue of the laws of the State of
Georgia having been incorporated
by order of the Superior Court of
said county granted March 10th,
1920, upon appiitatio n was duly made.
2nd. That a meeting of the stock
holders of said company was regu
larly called and held in the City of
Brunswick, said county, o n Novem
ber 9th, 1922, at which meeting of
stockholders the following resolu
tion was Passed by unanimous vote
of said stockholders, a s follows: .
“Whereas certain conditions have
arise,, since the incorporation of
Fleming Brokerage Company, mak
ing it expedient in the opinion of its
stockholders that the name of said
corporation be changed,—Now be it
RESOLVED, and it is hereby re
solved, that the charter of this com-
pany be so amended as to change its
corporate name from orienting
Brokerage Company” to “United
Distributing Company,” and the of
ficers of said company be and they
are hereby authorized, empowered and
directed to take the proper and neces
sary steps for the purpose of obtain
ing such amendment to the edm-
