ot the Irish Republicans held prisou

JEFFORDS ELECTROCUTED
FOR MURDER OF ARNETTE

Columbia, S. C., Dec. 22.—Frank
M. Jeffords was electrocuted at the
South Carolina s tate prison here this
morning for the murder last May of
J. 0, Arnette, his business partner.
The current was applied only once,'
being turned on at 10:30 o’clock. He
was pronounced dead at 10:24.
