Southern produce
for Northern markets
Carrying the products of Southern orchards and gardens
to Northern markets has become one of the most impor¬
tant sendees of the Southern Railway System.
The tonnage of fruits and vegetables hauled is three times
what it was fifteen years ago and double what it was ten
years ago, and now equals the cotton tonnage.
Building up this great market for Southern produce, which
increases the prosperity of the South, would not have been
possible without dependable transportation, and this the
Southern has provided.
Transportation of perishable freight on the Southern Rail¬
way System is a model of its kind—a special service that
emphasizes the fact that the Southern serves the South.
Southern Railway System
last year spent in the South
$20,000,000 more than it
received from the South.

badly troubled with eczema. 1 have spent a lot of money
and tried dozen of remedies, none of them doing me any
good. Shortly after ! began using WHOLE CRAIN WHEAT
the eczema began to fade away and now it is practically all
gone and 1 am feeling fine. I have been postmaster in this
town for eight years.”
EDWARD DUNN,

This potent food is the natural wheat berry (the only single food
known to man which contain in balanced combination all the sixteen
elements required each day for normal nutrition) in its whole form
just as it comes from Nature’s laboratory with nothing added and no¬
thing taken away, and is wheat in its supreme nutritional effect, be¬
cause it is tiie first wheat civilized man ever at that has been cook
rcady to serve without oxidation, distillation, or evaporation effects,
the method of cooking being protected by the United States and Can¬
adian Governments. It is not whole wheat flour but is a food after
the form of peas and beans, and move potent in its nutrition effect
than any cooked food ever before produced, because the cooking has
not demineralized nor oxidized it mineral constituents. z
