To tlbe Honorable Superior Court of
said County:
The petition of It. It. Hopkins, J.
Hunter Hopkins, and Thomas S. Hop¬
kins, all citizens of said county, re¬
spectfully shows:
1. That your petitioners, for them-j
selves, their associates, and succor- J
sors, desire to be incorporated, for a
period of twenty (20) years under 1
the name any style of Lumber City
Sand Company. 11
2, That the principal office of said
company shall be in the* city of iiruris

petitioners to establish branch office's
and places of business within the

manufacture of any and all kinds of
materials used in a gem ral building
supply business; and to buy and sell,
all character of material appropriate
to such business, or usually connected
therewith; to buy arid sell crossties,
lumber, and all products derived from
pine, cypress, or other timber; to buy,
own .mortgage, lease, exchange, sell
and develop land; find to build upon'
and improve the same; to construct
tram-roads; and to buy, sell and use
machinery of all hinds, necessary in
the operation of said business; to own
and operate eommissories and stores,
and.to'purchase and sell all kinds and
character of goods, wares and mer¬
chandise; to act as general or special
agents for any person or company
in t!be buying and selling of any arti¬
cle of .goods, wares and merchandise
appropriate to said general supply
business; and to make contracts, inci¬
dent to the said business.
5. The capital stock of said busi¬
ness shall he ten thousand dollars;
with the privilege of increasing said
capital stock from time to time to the
maximum of one hundred thousand
dollars; such increase to be effected
by a majority vote of the stock hold
ors of solid company. Said stock to
lie divided into shares of .one hundred
dollars each; and each share of stock
to lx* entitled to or.e vote. More than
ten percent (10%) of the capital stock
of said company has already been sub¬
scribed and paid in; and petitioners
desire to have the right to have the
subscriptions to such stock paid in
money or property to be taken at a
fair valuation.

sue and lie sued, plead and be im
pleaded with; to Uqve and use a com
mon seal; to ehr.it; such officers and
board oi directory, and to make all
necessary rules a/id regulations, and

the successful conduct and operation

mortgage, security deed, or other
form of lien under existing laws.
7. Petitioners desire the power
and authority to apply for and ac
rept amendments to this dharter by a
vote of a majority of its stock oiut
standing at the time; and also author
ity to wind up its affairs, liquidate its
‘business at any time it may determine
so to do; and surrender its charter,
by a vote of tivo-tbirds of its stock
outstanding at the time.

court the following facts:
1. Petitioners, with their associ¬
ates, desire to be incorporated, and
•bartered under the name of Fodale
Fish and Prawn Company, fuf a peri¬
od of twenty years, with the right, to
renew said charter at the end of that
time.
2. The principal office and place of
business of said corporation to be lo¬
cated at Brunswick, Glynn co-unly,
(leorgia.
3. ^ The object of said corporation is
pecuniary gain and to carry on and
■ ngage in the catch, canning and sale,
wholesale and retail, of fish, prawn,
and oysters, in said county, and at
such other places, petitioners and
their associates may desire to open
up and establish.
4. The capital stock of said corpor¬
